Welcome to The Smart Dividend Portfolio, the offering brought to you by The Investing Hustle Pte Ltd (otherwise known as “The Smart Investor”, “TSI” or “we”). By purchasing and using The Smart Dividend Portfolio, you are agreeing to be bound by all these terms and conditions. We therefore urge you to read these terms carefully.
The Smart Dividend Portfolio
The Smart Dividend Portfolio is a subscription investment education course brought to you by The Smart Investor (The Investing Hustle Pte Ltd). The Service includes regular lessons delivered online or in person, access to The Investing Hustle’s stock portfolio (branded as “The Smart Dividend Portfolio”), question and answer sessions, as well as other member-only content and features. From time to time, we may change the features and offerings included in the Service but we will provide you with notice of any material changes.
The Service is provided exclusively by The Smart Investor. Your membership is non-transferable and may not be shared.
Effectivity of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions shall be effective immediately upon the completion of the registration procedure on our website, in accordance with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall continue in perpetuity, unless terminated by either party as set forth herein.
Financial Information Disclaimer and Warning
The Smart Investor is not licensed or otherwise regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore, and in particular is not licensed or regulated to carry on business in providing any financial advisory service. Accordingly, any information provided during our service is meant purely for informational and investor educational purposes and should not be relied upon as financial advice. Membership Fee; Automatic Renewal
When purchasing The Smart Dividend Portfolio, you will need to provide us with your name, email address, phone number, and billing addresses. You certify that all information you provide is accurate. You also agree to maintain and update your information as necessary so that it remains accurate and current. In the event that any information you provide is inaccurate or not up-to-date, TSI reserves the right to cancel your membership.
The subscription fee is due in full at the time of enrolment and payable in Singapore dollars. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your original subscription period, until you notify us of your decision to terminate your subscription. You can pay for your subscription by credit card. From time to time, in its sole discretion, we may accept other forms of payment.
Access to the Service
To access the member-only website, you will be asked to create a password. The Smart Dividend Portfolio content should only be accessed by paid members, and unless otherwise stated in the invitation, member events can only be attended by current members. Accordingly, you agree not to forward any proprietary material to any third party without TSI’s written permission. You further agree that any unauthorised sharing or disclosure of your password by you will cause wrongful loss to TSI and constitutes an offence under applicable law.
From time to time, in its sole discretion, we may accept other forms of payment.
Termination
This Agreement shall remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. Unless you have paid by cheque or bank transfer, your subscription will renew automatically until it is cancelled in accordance with this Section. For annual subscriptions, we will notify you of the pending renewal of your subscription at least 15 days prior to the date your subscription renews, except as otherwise required by law. For all subscriptions, you must cancel your subscription before it renews in order to avoid billing of subscription fees for the renewal term to your credit card unless you pay by cheque or bank transfer.
You may terminate your membership at any time, but the subscription fee is non-refundable.
TSI may at any time, without prior notice and at our sole discretion, terminate your membership, or take any lawful action if we believe that you have violated any of these terms.
Third Party Rights
No person has any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act of Singapore to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
No Assignment
You shall not assign any of its rights, or delegate the performance of any of its duties, under these terms and conditions, without TSI’s prior written consent.
No Waiver of Rights
A failure or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege in respect of these terms and conditions will not be presumed to operate as a waiver, and a single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege will not be presumed to preclude any subsequent or further exercise of that right, power or privilege or exercise of any other right, power or privilege.
Notices
All notices that we send to or receive from you provided for or permitted under these terms and conditions or by law shall be in writing and shall be deemed duly served when (i) delivered, if delivered by courier or other messenger (including registered mail) during normal business hours of the recipient; (ii) when sent, if transmitted by fax or e-mail; (iii) on the fifth business day following mailing, if mailed by ordinary mail, postage prepaid; or (iv) on the tenth business day following mailing, if mailed by airmail, postage prepaid; in each case addressed to the most recent address, e-mail address, or facsimile number notified.
Please note that TSI personnel may participate and interact with members during our Q&A sessions. Our employees may own shares or have an interest in the companies mentioned.

Privacy
