    The tail end of the earnings season has seen more blue-chip stocks report their 2022 results.

    Investors will be happy to hear of special dividends being declared as management seeks to reward shareholders.

    First off, CapitaLand Investment Limited (SGX: 9CI), or CLI, declared a special dividend by paying out units of one of its REITs.

    Next, City Developments Limited (SGX: C09), or CDL, posted record profits from divestments and also announced a special cash dividend.

    Elsewhere, utility giant Sembcorp Industries Ltd (SGX: U96) also reported a robust set of earnings and more than doubled its 2022 dividend.
