    As the earnings season ramps up, we reviewed the latest business update from CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (SGX: C38U), or CICT.

    The retail and commercial REIT reported healthy operating metrics for both its divisions and saw its net property income inch up year-on-year.

    Meanwhile, Sheng Siong (SGX: OV8) also released its latest third-quarter earnings.
