    With the REIT earnings season in full gear, we look at the latest business update from CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (SGX: C38U), or CICT.

    The retail and commercial REIT reported a solid set of financial and operating numbers for the first quarter of 2024 (1Q 2024).

    Meanwhile, Mapletree Industrial Trust (SGX: ME8U), or MIT, also reported its fiscal 2024 earnings.

    The industrial REIT managed to pull off a slight year-on-year increase in its DPU for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2024.

    Elsewhere, Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX: J69U), or FCT, served up its fiscal 2024 first-half report card.

    The suburban retail REIT reported a slight year-on-year dip in its DPU as one of its properties is undergoing refurbishment.
